I had the semi-perminant eyeliner , lip blush with lipliner by Noor and I am over the moon with the results. She really has a good eye for aesthetics and her work is symmetrical with clean lines. You can tell she is experienced because she predicted the shade of my chosen colour after the healing process and she is spot on. I am very fussy when it comes to my face (as we all should be) If she wasn't recommended to me by a friend, I am not sure if I would have chosen her, but I am so happy I did. Noor exceeded my expectations amd I couldn't be happier. I can confidentiality highly recommend Noor.
